• AC: Not available; floor-to-ceiling windows and portable fans (upon request) are provided for the ocean breeze

Important Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will undergo exterior structural repairs from January 2026 through January 2027. Guests may experience daytime noise and visible construction. Due to this, no early check-ins or late check-outs are available. From June 1, 2026, to January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation. Covered garage parking is reserved for those with valid handicap placards; all other guests must use the lot across from the resort.
