About Property

Experience the ultimate coastal getaway at Grey Seal, an incredibly situated retreat located just 400 feet from the nearest beach access point in the heart of Lincoln City, Oregon. This polished and spacious three-level home, built in 2016, offers more than 3,000 square feet of living space, making it an ideal destination for family vacations, couples' retreats, and reunions with loved ones within walking distance of the gorgeous ocean beach.

The home is thoughtfully designed for groups, featuring a layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Each of the four bedroom suites is a private sanctuary equipped with a memory foam mattress, Smart TV, built-in USB plugs, and a closet with a luggage rack. One suite on the main floor features a walk-in tile shower, while three additional suites upstairs offer tub/shower combinations. For extra flexibility, the media room includes a memory foam sofabed with an adjacent full bathroom.

The interior is characterized by an airy, communal atmosphere, starting with a two-story foyer and a great room lined with windows. The modern kitchen is a chef's delight with white quartz countertops, LG stainless steel appliances—including a five-burner gas stove and French-door refrigerator—and an oversize island with bar seating for four. A dining room with seating for 14 ensures plenty of space for group meals. The open living room provides a cozy escape with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, 55-inch Smart TV, and a collection of DVDs and board games.

Entertainment extends to the outdoors and lower levels. Guests can enjoy a shaded deck with a gas grill or relax in the private hot tub located on a sheltered deck with frosted glass walls for privacy. Downstairs, the expansive media room is a gaming paradise featuring foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, and Pacman tables, alongside another 55-inch flatscreen TV.
