Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum age to book: 21 years old
• Pets are not permitted; unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine
• No smoking allowed inside the unit or anywhere on property (including vaping and cannabis); violations result in a $250 fine
• Commercial activity and filming are prohibited
• AC is not provided, though floor-to-ceiling windows provide an ocean breeze (portable fans available upon request)
• Parking: Only one parking pass will be issued per reservation from June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Covered garage parking is reserved for valid handicap placards; all others must use the designated lot across from Sand & Sea.

Building Notice: From January 2026 through January 2027, the building will undergo exterior structural repairs. Guests may experience visible construction activity and daytime noise. During this period, early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable, and weekday arrivals may not enter through the front entrance before 4 PM.
