Designed for comfort and convenience, the studio layout features one bedroom with a very comfy double bed, one bathroom, and is suitable for up to two guests. The living space is thoughtfully appointed with a walk-in wardrobe to keep your belongings organized and a table for two, perfect for intimate meals or planning your daily adventures. The apartment is located on the second floor, providing a cozy sanctuary above Collectors Corner.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the space is thoughtfully equipped for a seamless stay. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals and a functional shower room. For added comfort during warmer months, a fan is provided within the unit.

Location is everything, and this studio puts you exactly where you want to be. Situated just across from Sainsbury's, you are steps away from the charm of Cockermouth. The town is brimming with boutique shops, quality restaurants, and lively bars that will keep you entertained throughout your entire visit.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time starting at 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, the hosts will endeavor to accommodate requests (capped at 2 hours) for a fee of £10 for one or £15 for both to cover additional cleaning costs; please provide advance notice if needed.

Parking options are convenient and varied: free street parking is available within a 5-minute walk, or you can utilize the Long and Short stay car park for £5 per 24 hours, located only 20 metres from the apartment (prices subject to change). We are a pet-friendly property, and dogs are welcome for a fee of £12 per stay.
