This is a great space for larger groups and families looking to make lasting memories together in a prime location that is walking distance to local stores and restaurants, and just 1/4 mile from the lake.

Designed for togetherness, the home features a layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests across 2 bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom includes a tub with a shower handle rather than a standalone shower. For your convenience, the property provides clean linens, fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a variety of inviting features throughout the home, including:

• A fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing favorite meals
• A large deck featuring a propane BBQ for outdoor dining
• Entertainment options including Smart TVs and board games
• A complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival to start your vacation right

Shaver Lake is the perfect place to vacation, boasting an ideal climate with cool summers and mild winters. The area offers an extensive list of activities for every season, including hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, and horseback riding.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via a personalized key code
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Well house- and furniture-trained pups are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per stay covers up to two dogs; please ensure you clean up after them both inside and outside.
• Protection: A Trust and Safety Fee is included in the rental rate, providing accidental damage coverage through Safely (up to $3,000 for contents and $500,000 for property damage/bodily injury). This fee is refundable if canceled in writing at least 24 hours before arrival.
