This lovingly restored cabin strikes the perfect balance between cozy mountain retreat and comfortable modern accommodations, serving as your prime launching point for Sierra adventures.

This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second offers a bunk bed with two double beds - an ideal setup for couples and small families. With cozy textiles strewn throughout its warm interior, you'll find the perfect atmosphere for playing cards, reading, or simply relaxing.

Key amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking basics, dishwasher, and modern appliances. The living room features a smart flat-screen TV and electric fireplace for cozy evenings. Step outside to enjoy your private patio with outdoor dining area, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, dedicated workspace, and keypad entry for seamless self check-in.

The Cedar House sits in a walkable, friendly neighborhood just steps from Shaver Lake's shops and restaurants. You're minutes away from hiking trails, fishing, and boating at the lake. For water enthusiasts, a kayak is provided along with beach essentials to make the most of your lakeside location.

We're pet-friendly and welcome well house-trained dogs with a $150 non-refundable pet fee covering up to two pets per stay. The cabin includes complimentary coffee, hot cocoa, and a bottle of wine upon arrival. All linens, towels, toiletries, and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

This is a family and friend getaway destination - no parties please. We're the owners (not a rental agency) and respect our year-round neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Winter guests should park off Limber rather than Nuthatch due to the steep, slick driveway conditions. Free on-premises parking is available year-round.
