The Master bedroom offers a King bed adjacent to the ADA-friendly bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed with a vanity sink. The third bedroom provides two twin beds and a vanity sink; both of these rooms connect to a convenient Jack and Jill shared bathroom.

Inside, you will find beautiful hard surface floors and large windows that overlook the National Forest. The open-concept kitchen is a chef's delight with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a five-burner electric stove, and a Keurig for your morning brew. The living room invites relaxation with a gas fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV. Step outside to a beautiful private deck where you can enjoy a gas BBQ and a jetted spa tub for six while taking in great views of the mountain tops. The property is even located on a year-round creek, providing endless space for exploration.

Located in the historic town of Wawona, you are just minutes away from breathtaking landmarks. You are only 5 minutes from Chilnualna Falls and the Swinging Bridge, and a quick 15-minute drive to the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. The area is rich with activity, from horseback riding at Wawona Lodge Stable to the historic village's barn dances in the summer.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Occupancy: Strict limit of 6 guests per county permit
• Winter Travel: Tire chains are required from November to April
