- Quiet hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise levels to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors.
- Maximum occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for this home.
- No parties or events: Parties, gatherings, or events that involve additional people beyond registered guests are not permitted if it is not agreed upon before booking.
- Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 4 pm, and check-out time is at 10 am. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests. *Late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please check with Casago Austin 24 hours prior to check out.
- Respect for neighbors: Please keep noise levels down, especially during late evenings and early mornings, and avoid any disruptive behavior that may disturb those around us.
- No illegal activities: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and possible legal action.
- Damages and liabilities: Guests will pay a damage waiver fee that covers you for up to $2,500 of accidental damage to the home or its contents. Please report damages immediately to Casago Austin.
- Cleanliness and tidiness: We kindly ask that you maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your stay. Please dispose of trash properly and leave the property in the same condition as you found it.
- Safety guidelines: Your safety is important to us. Please exercise caution and adhere to any safety guidelines provided, such as using handrails on staircases, locking doors and windows when leaving, and avoiding any restricted areas of the property. *Upon your departure please set AC to 78 degrees in the summer, or heat to 65 degrees in the winter. *You will be asked to sign our Casago Rental Agreement before check in instructions are given

Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Gather up sheets and start a load of laundry if you can. If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
