With space for up to 11 guests, this residence is an ideal fit for families and groups who want the comfort of home combined with the excitement of a full resort experience.

The home features a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to accommodate your group: the first bedroom offers a King bed, two additional bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, the fourth bedroom provides two Twin beds, and the fifth bedroom includes a Full/Twin bunk bed.

Inside, you will find a bright, easy layout made for together time, featuring comfortable living areas and a practical dining space. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for breakfasts before the parks and family-style dinners at night. For entertainment and relaxation, the home includes a private pool for laid-back Florida days, a game room for fun nights in, and a cozy, comfortable atmosphere throughout.

Beyond the front door, you have access to the Windsor Cay Resort clubhouse, which delivers a true vacation mode energy. Guests can enjoy a resort-style pool with zero-entry, a lazy river, water slides, a kids splash pad, a hot tub, and 9 holes of mini golf. The clubhouse also provides a fitness center, an on-site bar and restaurant, and various social lounges.

House Rules: Maximum occupancy is 11 guests; events, parties, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited. This is a self-catering home; a starter pack of essentials is provided for the first night, but guests are responsible for subsequent supplies. Please note that USPS packages are not delivered to the property; use UPS, DHL, or FedEx for deliveries. The pool has no lifeguard on duty and is used at your own risk.
