Important guest information: This property operates on double occupancy pricing with fees for additional guests beyond 2 people. Infants count as paying guests and must be included in your reservation. One parking space is included; additional vehicles are $25 per night. Pet fees apply at $20 per pet per night plus a refundable $150 deposit, with strict supervision requirements. Holiday checkout fees of $50 apply for major holidays. The tap water has high turbidity and should be boiled before drinking, especially for infants, elderly, or immunocompromised individuals. Property has security cameras, and all guests must be accounted for in reservations. Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM. No refunds are provided for weather, park closures, or utility outages beyond host control.
