Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 1,692 square feet on two levels, the layout ensures larger groups can settle in without feeling on top of each other. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed for comfort: the main level features one bedroom with a queen bed, while the upstairs houses three additional bedrooms. These include a king bed in one room, two single (twin) beds in another, and a combination of one queen and one single (twin) bed in the fourth. The home is completed by 2 full bathrooms, including one with a shower and one with a combo tub shower.

On the main level, you will find a living room with comfortable seating for the whole group, a dining table, and a full kitchen equipped for cooking real meals. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, wine glasses, and a baking sheet. For added convenience, the home provides an in-unit washer and dryer, a TV, and a private entrance. Outside, enjoy a backyard deck with a BBQ grill for cookouts on warm evenings.

The location does most of the work here, keeping Heavenly Village under a mile away and the Stateline casinos about 1.4 miles away. Nature lovers will appreciate being approximately 5.4 miles from Zephyr Cove Beach and Heavenly Mountain Resort, and 8.4 miles from Pope Beach.

• Note: One bedroom is on the main level with three upstairs. The fireplace is currently out of service, but central heating keeps the home warm.
