The home is designed for a straightforward and comfortable stay, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—a layout that provides a better ratio than many ski condos of this size. The sleeping arrangements are optimized for up to 6 guests: the first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with one double bed and one single (twin) bed. Both bathrooms are full baths with showers, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to refresh after a day on the slopes.

Spanning approximately 890 square feet, the interior includes a living area and a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For added convenience, the unit includes an in-home washer and dryer. While the condo features an indoor fireplace, please note it is temporarily unavailable. To keep cool during the warmer summer months, portable fans are provided as there is no central AC.

• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Requirements: Primary renter must be 25+ with a photo ID and signed rental agreement
