• Late Check-in Fee: Arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a 150 AED fee (or 100 AED as per alternative house rules)
• Late Check-out: Delays after 11:00 AM incur 300 AED from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM; after 1:00 PM, a full night's stay is charged
• Access Cards: Lost cards incur a 500 AED replacement fee per card
• Pets: Not allowed
• Additional Notes: This is a holiday home, not a hotel. Mid-stay cleaning and additional requests incur extra charges.
