Please note that there is one full flight of stairs to the front door and another full flight to reach the bedrooms.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM - 8:00 PM (strictly enforced per county law)
• Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles; host-provided permits must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard to avoid a $500 fine. Street parking is prohibited.
• Pets: Dogs must be leashed at all times and kept off furniture and bedding. Owners must immediately dispose of pet waste in appropriate containers.
• Winter Travel: 4WD with snow tires or 2WD with chains are required for access during inclement weather. Vehicles must be moved within 24 hours of a snow storm.
• Restrictions: Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited due to high fire risk. Trash must be placed in bear-boxes or community dumpsters.
• Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement via Hospitable is required prior to granting home access.
