The three full bathrooms provide ample convenience, including one equipped with a jetted tub and shower, one with a shower, and one with a combination tub and shower.

House rules are strictly enforced to maintain the peace of the neighborhood: no pets, no smoking, and no parties or gatherings. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles in designated areas. Guests should be aware that there is no central AC, which is common for Tahoe cabins, and a hot tub maintenance company may visit during your stay. The primary renter must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID and signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
