The residence features a comfortable layout with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, with a total guest capacity of 4. The interior is designed for convenience and style, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. For your relaxation, the home includes in-room air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. Outside, you can unwind on a spacious private deck equipped with a gas BBQ, picnic table, and a charming wooden porch swing, all while listening to the peaceful sounds of the South Fork of the Merced River below.

While the home provides an intimate setting, guests have access to various facilities at the main office, including complementary washers and dryers and an EV charging station.

Located in the historic community of Wawona, The Tree House serves as a wonderful home base for exploration. You are just minutes away from Chilnualna Falls, the Swinging Bridge, and the South Fork of the Merced River. Other nearby highlights include the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias (15 minutes), Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area (35 minutes), and the iconic Yosemite Valley landmarks like Half Dome and El Capitan (45 minutes). Local activities range from golfing at the Big Trees Lodge Golf Course to horseback riding and winter sleigh rides.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Keys are picked up at the office in Wawona)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a fee of $60.00 per night per pet
• Family Gear: Cribs and highchairs are available for $20.00 each per stay (paid directly to The Redwoods in Yosemite)
• Winter Access: A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required as the road is not maintained in winter. Tire chains are required from November to April.
• Please note: Guests should bring food products, spices, and paper towels. Gas and major groceries are best purchased in the town of Oakhurst before entering the park.
