The interior layout includes a family room with a fireplace, a stereo, and a queen sofa sleeper, while a bonus room provides additional flexibility with a second fireplace, another queen sofa sleeper, and a twin bed.

While the structured amenities list is limited, the home is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and knives, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and blender. For your convenience, the home features central heat and A/C, as well as a washer and dryer. Guests can unwind on the large, private deck, which includes a covered area and a gas BBQ, or cross the private bridge overlooking a small creek. The property backs up to the undeveloped Yosemite National Forest, offering the chance to spot deer visiting throughout the year.

Located in the small community of Wawona, you are just 6 miles inside the south entrance of Yosemite. You are minutes away from Chilnualna Falls, Swinging Bridge, and the South Fork of the Merced River.
