South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County have strict rules regarding Vacation Home Rentals (VHRs).
The hot tub may only be used from 8am - 10pm. Absolutely no hot tub use is allowed after 10PM.
This home allows a maximum of 4 vehicles parked on the property. Parking is limited to the garage and the driveway. No street parking is allowed. If parked on the street you may be fined and have your car towed.
Violation of any of these terms can lead to a fine in excess of $1,500.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS
- Guest understands that there are "Minut" noise detectors inside the home and there is a security camera on the exterior of the building pointing towards the front door. These are installed to ensure that guests aren't throwing parties, exceeding occupancy limits and that the guests are maintaining compliance with our quiet hours and our good neighbor policy.
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- No animals are allowed at the property without owner approval.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- If you are interested in doing an early check-in, please reach out 2-3 days before your check-in date to see if we can accommodate the early check-in. The availability of early check-in will be determined by our cleaner's schedule.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Renter agrees to send a photocopy of their ID at Owner request after booking.
- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
