For a touch of luxury, the bathroom features a cozy heated floor for your relaxation.

While the space is minimalist, it is fully equipped for modern living. Remote workers and digital nomads will appreciate the blazing-fast Wi-Fi, while entertainment is covered by a Smart ROKU TV and an XBOX One. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including coffee and tea to start your mornings right. To ensure a comfortable climate, a brand new portable A/C unit and dehumidifier keep the home very cool even on the hottest days.

Guests enjoy full access to the condo and a private space within a secure, gated underground garage, though free street parking is also available.
