The main level features a bright open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together, alongside a spacious primary suite, a cozy queen guest bedroom, and a versatile bunk room equipped with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle. For a more secluded experience, the private upstairs queen suite catches the morning light and offers the best sightlines in the house, complete with its own bathroom and a sun-filled oceanview deck.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a private backyard designed for relaxation and ritual. Please note that it is a duplex; your reservation includes the entire lower level and the private upstairs queen suite, while the remaining upper level is occupied by a long-term tenant. Because this is a seasoned coastal home, guests should expect some cosmetic imperfections, such as minor dents or cracks, and naturally uneven flooring due to settling, which may make it unsuitable for those with mobility concerns or the elderly. Additionally, the home is equipped with heat only and has no air conditioning; we recommend opening windows and screen doors to let the cool ocean breeze circulate.
