We have a few rules which we would like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.

#1 Smoking Smoking is prohibited within the premises. Smoking is only allowed in the back terrace. (Penalty of €300 if one is caught smoking indoors)

#2 Pets Our premises are not pet friendly.

#3 Maximum number of guests The maximum number of guests is 7, however, kindly call us if you would like further accommodation.

#4 Neighbours Kindly respect the neighbours, and please keep the noise level to a minimum. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm.

#5 Lights & Air conditioning We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and ACs when you are not in the room, and upon checkout. Kindly keep all doors and windows closed when the AC units are switched on.

#6 Personal belongings Keep your personal belongings secure.

#7 Crockery and cutlery If you use any dishes during your stay, we would be grateful if you would clean them. However, if you need extra maid service to clean the kitchen during your stay please do not hesitate to let us know. Extra charges apply.

#8 Furniture and damages Please do not move furniture, or do any damage to the property. Kindly refer to the Inventory list and cost for replacement.

#9 Garbage Rubbish and garbage are to be placed in the bins provided within the apartment. Waste separation bins are found in the kitchen, and since the law about waste separation is enforced in Malta, for longer stays kindly refer to the schedule of waste collection provided.

#10 Loss of keys For security reasons, kindly inform us of any loss of keys immediately.

#11 Balcony and Terrace Safety Rule You must not throw, drop or dispose of any objects, liquids, cigarette ends, rubbish or food from balconies, terraces or windows. These items may fall onto neighbouring properties, public areas or people below, causing injury, damage or serious disturbance.

- You can leave your luggage with us after checking out but still leave the key in the deposit box and contact us. -We would appreciate a review at your convenience. We will leave one for every guest. Airbnb considers anything less than five stars as not good, and so do we.
