Check-in time is 3PM OR 3PM local time on check-in day.

• No parties, no maintenance of loud noise. This is an apartment located in a residential sector, where it is not tolerable behaviors that inconvenience the neighbors. Remember, fines apply for violating this rule.

• Please be careful with the key as you will not be able to get a copy at the reception. In case of loss, the replacement cost of the key is $50 USD, which will be charged to your Airbnb account.

• Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, doing so will require us to perform a deep toilet, which has a cost of USD 100, which will be charged to your Airbnb account.

• Check-out time is 11 AM local time, we must prepare the apartment for the next guest. Partial use of additional hosting hours without consent or prior authorization causes fines for affecting service for future earnings. The fine is equivalent to USD 50 plus the additional costs generated by this delay.

Pets are allowed on request where type, species or class of pet is reported. Fees may apply, restrictions apply.

• Legal notice: We are governed by Colombian statutory regulations, so we share some of the relevant aspects that the owner and his companions declare to know when staying with us:

All users declare to know and accept the policies of use and undertake to use it in strict compliance with current legislation. When staying in one of our properties, a accommodation contract is naturally concluded with our company in the accommodation and for the number of nights detailed in the reservation header and thus registered on the hotel registration card, complying with the legal framework of the General Tourism Law 2068 of 2020

For reservations longer than 30 nights, services will be contractually made for periods of 30 nights automatically renewable for the same period, subject to availability until the end of the reservation to comply with the policies of tourist housing reservations covered under the RNT of the properties.

Any companion who is not registered and makes use of the accommodation exclusively reserved for the owner guest must register and will pay an additional fee if there are any surpluses. The owner guest will be jointly and severally liable for the values, fines and damages generated by their companions.

Payment method: All reservations or modifications require advance payment to be guaranteed.

Decree 0834 of 2013 Article 47. From the accommodation services: establishments that provide the accommodation service in any form, are authorized to request the presentation of the identification document for the purposes of their registration or the provision of the service.

Resolution 700 of 2021 Article 7 paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 it is the provider's responsibility to state that the information is correct, it means that validating the type and identification number of the main guest and his companions is required, among other data required by the rule.

It is necessary to present a valid identification document for minors under 18 years of age. In case of not being in the company of their parents, the person responsible for caring for the minors must present a document of authorization of possession of the minor, duly signed and authenticated by at least one of the parents. ESCNNA WARNING: In accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001, we warn the GUEST that the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is punishable in Colombia with imprisonment from 14 to 25 years. We will report to the authorities any behavior from which ESCNNA crimes may be derived or suspected.

If the room (or any of the common spaces) is intended to enter people, elements, unauthorized animals, illicit purposes or contrary to good customs, or that represent a danger to people, in the horizontal property, it covers the rule established in Law 1801 of July 29, 2016: National Code of Police and Coexistence. And the immediate delivery of the property will be given.

Accept the processing (Collection, storage, use and deletion) of the essential, optional and sensitive personal data of the owner of the reservation or guests for the contracted service. Likewise, it authorizes the transfer of data to third parties with whom we have entered into a contract for the provision of services or other tasks related to the provision of hosting services. We sensitize and support communities, suppliers, collaborators and clients in good sustainability practices, as well as in the prevention that guarantees the maintenance or improvement of environmental, socio-cultural and economic aspects against discrimination and exclusion of vulnerable communities and the illicit trafficking of biodiversity. In this property there are one or more exterior cameras in the accesses of the property, specifically they are located at the front door of the house and corridors, such cameras record or transmit videos, images or audio up to 24 hours in advance, they are for the exclusive use of control, not for purposes of connection to police systems.

All guests staying at the property must strictly comply with the national police code and must strictly comply with all its articles being responsible for all actions.

The conditions of access and use established herein and the conflicts that may arise regarding their interpretation, use, scope and termination are governed by Colombian law and in particular by the special rules that may be applicable on the matter and will be subject to Colombian jurisdiction.
