Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the cottage features a thoughtful layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the ground floor with a queen size bed, a second upstairs with a queen size bed, and a third upstairs with a double bed. For additional flexibility, a sofa bed is located in the living room.

The interior is designed to charm, particularly the living area with its huge windows and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, complete with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen evokes the feel of yesteryear, featuring a wood stove, a small stove, and a fridge, while modern comforts like air conditioning and a Keurig coffee maker ensure a comfortable stay. For special evenings, both a gas and an electric fondue stove are available. The nostalgic decor creates the perfect atmosphere for gathering around the table for board game competitions and sharing stories of the good old days.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find paradise here. The private lake is accessible in the summer and transforms into a skating rink in the winter. Guests have access to a private dock and a variety of equipment, including 2 adult kayaks, 2 children's kayaks, 1 canoe, and 1 paddle board. Evenings are enhanced by a designated fire area and two BBQs.

Located in the breathtaking Chaudières-Appalaches region, the property is minutes from the famous Miller Zoo and local gems such as Microbrasserie Frampton Brasse, Fromagerie Cassis et Mélisse, Ferme du Vieux Chemin, and Boulangerie La Levée du Jour. Adventure awaits at the Massif du Sud Regional Park, where you can enjoy snowshoeing, fat biking, and cross-country skiing in winter, or hiking, mountain biking, and stream fishing in the summer.

• Mandatory 3-night minimum stay during: Holiday season, Spring Break, Easter, National Patriots' Day, Quebec National Holiday, Canada Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving
• No check-in permitted on December 25th or January 1st
• Guest capacity must not be exceeded
