The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a versatile daybed that converts to a queen, while the third bedroom provides another king bed. All beds are outfitted with high-quality memory foam mattresses and soft cotton linens. The home is completed by 2 modern bathrooms stocked with complimentary 'Love Beauty and Planet' toiletries.

Living and entertainment spaces are designed for coziness, featuring a wood-burning stove in the living area, a Bluetooth sound system, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with Roku. • Restrictions: Outdoor fires are prohibited between May and October due to wildfire risk
• Important Notes: The property is not fenced; be mindful of local wildlife including rattlesnakes. The final 1.5 miles of the approach is a dirt road. A 4WD vehicle with winter tires or snow chains is highly recommended during winter months. The home has exterior cameras monitoring the parking area and does not have a backup generator for occasional power outages.
