Security Rules Casa Blanca Golf Villas

1. All homeowners and / or renters must wear their respective bracelets during the entire time they stay at Casa Blanca Golf Villas (including children walking toddlers & above). Security personnel will ensure that everyone wears their bracelet. Anyone who does not wear a bracelet will be asked to leave the common areas, if they continue to ignore it, the rental company will be contacted to evict them from the property.

2. Guest for the renter are PROHIBITED.

3. The pools are open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Swimsuit required, not cotton clothing.

4. It is FORBIDDEN to carry or have glass objects in swimming pools and golf course.

5. The access of pets to the pool area and golf course is FORBIDDEN.

6. A maximum of one vehicle per unit is allowed, for over flow parking an extra pass it will be provide for ATV’s, Rino’s or Motorcycle’s and their carrier/hauler and designated area will be appointed / directed by Security Guards.

7. It is forbidden to hang towels or clothes on the balcony rail.

8. The elevator should not be used while WET.

9. The grills should be cleaned after use, and shut off the gas tank, DO NOT LEAVE A LIT GRILL UNATTENDED.

10. The use of charcoal and gas grills on the balconies is prohibited. Only electric grills are allowed.

11. Garbage must be deposited in the containers; it is forbidden to leave the bags in the hallways.

12. Pets must use their leash and bracelet at all times and dirt must be collected from them.

13. On the golf course, SMOKING is PROHIBITED, only putters can be used and children must be accompanied by an adult.

14. Music is for personal enjoyment, and should not disturb other people.

15. The use of marihuana, drugs or narcotics is prohibited.

16. It is forbidden to make noise, that disturbs the OWNERS, in the COMMON AREAS after 11:00 PM, except for the areas intended for this purpose, if any, and only with the approval provided by the administrator.

17. Casa Blanca Golf Villas is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property, or for personal accidents that might occur in common areas or private units.

18. All violations of the rules notified by security team must be attended to immediately, after 2nd violation, the 3rd proceeds to eviction of the property. Please respect the regulations and our security team.

19. The HOA has a zero-tolerance policy. Threats or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated. Anyone who breaks this, and / or other rules will be subject to being evicted from the property.

Renters can contact the Security Booth directly for an emergency at gate available 24/7.
