Bedroom 1 features a double bed with an ensuite bathroom, while Bedroom 2 offers two individual beds with its own ensuite. Bedroom 3 contains three individual beds. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a double sofa-bed. Guests will appreciate the large wardrobes in the bedrooms, providing plenty of storage space to avoid living out of a suitcase.

Natural light flows through the airy living area, which features large windows, a comfy sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The open-plan layout connects the lounge to a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Unique to this property are the sunny balconies overlooking Eixample and a great private terrace overlooking an interior garden.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that late check-outs not agreed upon in advance incur a 100€ charge per hour. A mandatory city tourist tax of 9.50€ per guest (over 17) per night (up to 7 nights) is required, and all guests must provide ID/passport information via the Chekin platform for legal registration.

House Rules: This is a residential building with thin walls; guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10pm and 9am. Parties, drugs, and loud noises are strictly forbidden and may result in a 400€ penalty or eviction. Smoking indoors is prohibited (100€ fine). Lost keys incur a 100€ charge per key. Pets are not allowed.
