This elegant space is configured as a one-bedroom residence featuring one bed and one bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to two guests. Guests can experience a sense of total relaxation and enjoy an infinite view of the sea from the communal swimming pool, which is strategically located at the edge of the hill. The pool is shared among all guests within the five-apartment complex.

Location & Neighborhood The apartment is situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Upper Platanias, a charming old village perched on a hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. A brief 10-minute walk down the hill leads you to the lively main street of Platanias, where you will find a vibrant array of restaurants, beach bars, clubs, and shops. For those seeking adventure, boat cruises, water sports, and island excursions are readily available. The main square of Platanias is only 10 minutes away, and the city center of Chania is just a 25-minute drive (approximately 10 km). During the summer season, buses to Chania run every 15 minutes from the main square, providing convenient access to the city.

• Parking: No on-site parking due to the narrow village streets; convenient street parking is available 250 meters away at the square of Pano Platanias (War Shelter Museum)
