The crown jewel of the home is the luxurious third-floor master loft, which boasts a memory foam king mattress, a private coffee station, a sitting area, a mini fridge, and an en suite bathroom featuring a sliding barn door and a full stand-up shower. The second floor houses three bedrooms with queen mattresses, while the basement provides two additional bedrooms with queen beds. For added flexibility, the home includes a queen sleeper sofa and sectional in the second-floor living room, as well as another sleeper sofa in the main floor sitting room.

It is less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and Lake Shore Drive, with most local attractions within easy walking distance. Parking is available for one or two vehicles in the driveway, with additional street parking options nearby.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this home has stairs. To ensure a smooth stay, guests are required to remove shoes indoors and are reminded that only registered guests may stay overnight. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside (outdoor smoking only), and parties or excessive noise are not permitted. While the property is generally pet-free, pets may be welcome with prior approval and a $150 fee per pet. Guests are asked to keep the home tidy to avoid extra cleaning fees; specifically, glitter and confetti are prohibited.
