A single bathroom serves the property, located on the first floor.

The first floor boasts a comfortable, sunlit living room with a smart TV and heating unit that flows seamlessly into a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for slow breakfasts. Upstairs, the bedroom opens onto a breathtaking ocean-view deck where sweeping water views make sunset a non-negotiable event.

Important Notes: The upstairs ceilings are low (approximately 6 feet), so taller guests may need to duck. Due to the proximity to the ocean, light background noise from Highway 101 and the coastal train is expected. Additionally, a friendly neighboring cat roams the property grounds but does not enter the cottage.
