The home features a thoughtful layout across 1,720 square feet. The main level is dedicated to gathering, featuring a private living room with a wood-burning stove for cool Tahoe evenings, a formal dining room complete with a convenient wet bar, and a full kitchen. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: a spacious master suite with a king bed, private bathroom, fireplace, and its own private deck; a second bedroom with a queen bed; and a third bedroom featuring two single beds. A loft area provides additional lounging space with a memory foam futon. The home is serviced by 2 full bathrooms and an extra half bath to keep the morning queue short.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Guests can enjoy a large back deck, a spacious front deck with patio furniture, and a fenced backyard featuring a horseshoe pit for outdoor games. For those looking to cook outdoors, a BBQ grill is available for post-adventure cookouts.

Location is key at Lone Indian Lodge. You are tucked into a quieter corner of the city while remaining close to the action. The property is approximately 4.5 miles from Heavenly Village and Ski Resort, 5 miles from the Stateline casinos and nightlife, and about 7.1 miles from Pope Beach. Practical details include self check-in via a private entrance and onsite garage parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

House Rules:

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (children 5 and under do not count toward limit)
• Primary renter must be 21+ with photo ID and signed agreement
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM

Winter Weather Advisory: During winter months, mountain conditions may require chains or a 4WD vehicle. Trip insurance is strongly recommended as refunds are not issued for weather-related delays.
