Designed for relaxation and connection, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom, Queen beds in the second and third bedrooms, and a premium Queen sleeping pad located in the living room.

Inside, the home is filled with charming touches, from soft blankets for lounging to an open living room that serves as the heart of the house. Enjoy movie nights on the large-screen TV or gather in the dining area, where natural light and beautiful views set the stage for great conversation. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to whip up tasty meals after a day of exploration, and a relaxing fireplace keeps the atmosphere warm and inviting.

Located in a beautiful rural area, this home is minutes away from world-class fishing, mountain biking, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. Adventure seekers will appreciate the proximity to 4-wheeling and off-roading. The Kings Beach Recreation Area is just a short drive away for those who prefer soaking up the sun on the beach. In winter, the home is a convenient base for skiing and snowboarding, located just 20 minutes from Northstar and Squaw Valley, as well as Incline.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. For security, exterior cameras with audio recording monitor the front door and side of the house. The owner requires an additional screening form after booking. To keep native wildlife and insects outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed and avoid leaving food crumbs on surfaces. Cancellation terms provide a 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, and 50% if cancelled more than 14 days prior; no refunds are issued within 14 days of arrival.
