This expansive 200 m² residence is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 10 guests. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable balance of shared and private spaces. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, while the upper level hosts three large bedrooms (each with two 90x200 beds to form king-size 180x200 configurations). One of these upper bedrooms offers the added luxury of direct access to a private balcony.

The interior blends warm and modern decoration throughout. The heart of the home is the ground floor, which boasts a fully equipped fitted kitchen that opens into a dining area with a large table seating 12 people. For entertainment, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a bistro-style table football. The home also includes a large dressing room and a basement garage suitable for two vehicles or various motorcycles and bicycles.

Outdoor living is a highlight, with a south-facing terrace exceeding 60 m² that provides a panoramic view of the mountains. This outdoor oasis is complemented by a jacuzzi, which is maintained at a constant 37°C for a relaxing experience year-round.

Located a stone's throw from the town center and the lake, La Gouléote is at the heart of a green setting. It is in direct proximity to both Nordic and Alpine ski resorts, with the Nordic resort just an 800m walk away and the Alpine ski bus stop right next to the house.
