Welcome to our cozy retreat in Dickson, a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven perfectly positioned for families, groups, and those seeking a longer stay in the Australian Capital Territory. This well-maintained home offers a peaceful escape while keeping you connected to the best of the Inner North.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across four bedrooms. Each room features ample wardrobe space and professionally laundered, pressed linen. The first bedroom serves as a primary suite with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, the third features a double-sized bed, and the fourth is furnished with a single-sized bed.

Two bathrooms serve the home: the primary ensuite with a shower and toilet, and a second bathroom featuring a shower-bath with a separate toilet. To get you started, we provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.

Indoor and outdoor living areas abound, ensuring you can relax in style. Enjoy the private sunny deck, courtyard, and separate gazebo, or stay comfortable inside with ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling throughout the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals with a fridge/freezer, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. We even provide a simple breakfast selection of milk, coffee, and tea for your arrival.

For entertainment and convenience, the living room includes a TV with local channels (streaming accounts are guest-provided), and the laundry area is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Located in a friendly neighborhood, you are just steps from the vibrant Dickson centre's restaurants and shops. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby Dickson Wetlands, while the new light rail and bike paths provide a smooth trip into Canberra's heart.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Driveway for 1 car, with additional parking on the grass verge (please do not block the back flat)
• Rules: No pets allowed. This is not a party property; breaches result in a $2,000 non-negotiable penalty.
• Maintenance: A gardener visits every 4 weeks. Please ensure the outdoor umbrella is closed when not in use.
• Key Policy: Only one key set is provided. Lost keys or lockouts incur a minimum charge of $355.
