• Restrictions: The BBQ grill is locked for guest use in accordance with county guidelines on STRs and wildfire prevention.
• Permit: This property holds Placer County Short Term Rental Permit STR23-8040.
• Cancellations: Refunds made within the cancellation period are subject to a 3.9% payment processing fee.
