This outdoor space is also accessible from a main-floor bedroom and leads directly to a large hot tub overlooking the peaceful Humber River.

Located in the heart of the Humber Valley Resort, the property is part of a scenic community featuring a main loop of approximately 7 km consisting of Lakeside Drive and Mountain View. As all resort streets branch off these two main roads and there is no public transportation, a vehicle is highly suggested for navigating the resort. A car is also essential for those planning to visit nearby towns and cities, including Pasadena, Deer Lake, and Corner Brook.

Practical Information and House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Hot Tub: Available for an additional fee. There is a $140 setup fee (which includes the first night) and $20 per night for every additional night. The hot tub must be rented for the entire duration of the stay. All hot tub prices are subject to HST.
• Access: Guests have full access to the chalet, excluding the garage and a locked storage closet in the basement.
• Policies: No shoes, smoking, or pets are permitted inside the house.
• Expectations: Guests are expected to respect the chalet and property at all times, leaving the home in a tidy state with all garbage and recyclables placed in designated areas.
• Security: A security camera overlooks the driveway for property safety.
