The home is designed for comfort and versatility, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. The master suite offers a luxurious California King bed with a memory foam mattress and a dedicated work-from-home desk. The family bedroom is equipped with twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Inside, classic cabin charm shines through with exposed beams, vaulted wood ceilings, and a warm wood-burning stove in the living room. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, featuring an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a variety of appliances including a Keurig and blender. For entertainment, guests can enjoy Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, or spend time with the provided board games and puzzles.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Two spacious decks offer stunning views of the surrounding pine forest and mature oaks. The back deck is a haven for relaxing evenings, complete with a propane gas fire table, string lights, a propane BBQ grill, and a comfortable hammock.

Located within the gated Pine Mountain Lake community, guests have access to a scenic lake with multiple beaches, a seasonal swimming pool, a golf course, tennis, pickleball, and kayaking. The property is approximately 25 miles from Yosemite’s Big Oak Flat Entrance.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles in a short, very steep driveway. Low-clearance vehicles, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated.
• Community Fee: A $50 per vehicle permit fee is required at the gate upon arrival.
• House Rules: No pets, no smoking or vaping, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Safety: Outdoor wood fires are strictly prohibited; only the propane fire table may be used. The home is not childproof and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility due to multiple staircases.
