The residence is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 16 guests. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing a flexible sleeping arrangement. On the main floor, the master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with a King bed and a trundle bed (2 Twins), and a third bedroom featuring a Full bed and a trundle bed (2 Twins); these two rooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The fourth bedroom, located downstairs off the recreation room, offers a Queen bed. For additional guests, the loft includes a twin bed, and three roll-away twin beds are available to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Inside, the expansive great room impresses with high vaulted wood ceilings and a cozy wood-burning stove. The gourmet fully equipped kitchen is finished with beautiful granite countertops, perfect for preparing large meals. Guests can choose to dine indoors or enjoy the fresh mountain air alfresco on the spacious two-level deck. For entertainment, the downstairs area hosts a huge rec room complete with a kitchenette, wet bar, and a pool table.
