Welcome to Hershey Retreat, your family's private home away from home located in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. Nestled on a peaceful 11-acre country estate just minutes from Hersheypark, this residence was designed with families in mind, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. Whether you are planning your children's first trip to Hershey, celebrating a special milestone, or simply looking to unplug and reconnect, you will find everything you need here to create lasting memories.

The home features a spacious layout designed for large groups, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to accommodate everyone: the primary suite offers 1 King bed, while five additional bedrooms feature Queen beds (including one room with 2 Queen beds). For the younger guests, a dedicated Kids' Bunk Room provides 6 Twin beds. Per the structured property data, the home accommodates up to 16 guests.

This estate is an entertainment haven for all ages. Guests have access to a private movie theater and an extensive arcade and game room featuring Golden Tee, Buck Hunter, NBA Basketball, Skee-Ball, and classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger, along with a pool table and various board games. Outdoor enjoyment is abundant with a private pool (available May 1 through October 1), a relaxing hot tub, a basketball court, and a Noah's Ark playground for the children to explore. All of this is set against a backdrop of peaceful countryside views.

To maintain the serenity of this residential area, several important house rules are in place. A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which the pool is closed. Parties, events, weddings, and showers are strictly prohibited. Additionally, there are no firearms, speakers, or fireworks allowed on the property, and smoking or vaping inside the home is forbidden. Please note that noise monitors are active, and violations of the noise ordinance may result in a $2,500 fine and immediate eviction. RVs and mobile homes are not permitted on-site.
