Designed for large groups and family gatherings, the layout features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements include four ensuite bedrooms for maximum privacy and one dedicated bunk room, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Inside, you will enter into a stunning great room characterized by grand trusses, soaring ceilings, and a wall of windows that let nature in. For those who love to cook, the fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting granite countertops, a massive center island, double ovens, and a 6-burner commercial gas cooking stove, making it a breeze to whip up meals for the entire group. To keep the atmosphere cozy during cooler months, the home is equipped with central heat and two gas log stoves.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. The back patio is the perfect spot for entertaining, BBQing, and singing around the camp fire pit (available seasonally). Please note that patio furniture is also seasonal.

Adventure awaits right outside your back door, where the Arnold Rim Trail offers premier hiking and mountain biking. Within minutes, you can enjoy fishing and swimming at White Pines Lake, explore the Giant Sequoias at Big Trees State Park, or relax by the Stanislaus River. For further excursions, Bear Valley skiing is just 35 minutes up the hill, while the wine lovers can find 28 wineries on Main St. in Murphys, located only 15 minutes down the hill.
