• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: One reserved spot on the premise plus visitor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two parking passes are provided; these must be returned at checkout to avoid a $100 fee. Key fobs must also be returned ($100 fee for lost fobs).
• House Rules: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay at the unit. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside. No pets allowed. Please remove shoes upon entry and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Guests are asked to dispose of excess garbage in the bins upon departure.
• Note: Guests do not have access to the on-site ski locker, though ski storage locks are provided on the back patio.
