This spacious residence is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort, featuring new soft sheets and blackout curtains in every room. The downstairs level offers a queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a standing shower. Upstairs, you will find a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a combination tub/shower, as well as a second queen bedroom with access to a third bathroom (combination tub/shower). For additional guests, the upstairs couch conveniently pulls out into a full-sized bed. All bedrooms include large double closets for your convenience.

Please note that this community is not part of Wapato Point.

• Pets: Not allowed per HOA rules
• Parking: Driveway fits two cars or a boat; overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: The garage is unavailable for parking from October to April.
• Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old and sign a Rental Agreement upon booking. A $500 refundable security deposit is required through Vacation Rentals at Lake Chelan.
