• Minimum Rental Age: 25 years old (guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult over 25)

• Climate Control: This home does not have air conditioning
• Parking: RVs and fifth wheels are not permitted in the driveway or on the street per HOA and local regulations
• Seasonal Restrictions: Outdoor furniture and deck access are unavailable during winter months due to heavy snow

Winter Safety Notice: From November 1st to April 30th, please ensure your vehicle's brakes, wipers, defroster, heater, and exhaust are in top condition. Tires must be properly inflated with excellent tread, and tire chains are required for all vehicles, including AWD/4WD.

Important Policies: Guests are required to e-sign a rental agreement after booking. Please be aware that refunds or credits are not provided for wildfires, winter storms, COVID, poor air quality, or road conditions. Trip insurance is highly recommended. Rental License: STR24-8833; TOT # 84344.
