The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a Twin/Full bunk bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 5 guests.

The main living area is designed for gathering, with a living room centered around a gas burning fireplace and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen provides ample room for dining, with seating for four at the dining table and an additional four spots at the breakfast bar. For added convenience, a half bathroom and a laundry room are located just off the kitchen area. Outside, you can unwind on the front porch or prepare meals on the back porch grill.

• Parking: Ample driveway parking provided; however, RVs and fifth wheels are strictly prohibited on the driveway or street per HOA and local regulations
• Connectivity: WiFi and Amazon Firestick are provided (guests must provide their own Firestick login); no cable service is available
• Policies: A signed rental agreement is required after booking. Due to the nature of Lake Tahoe's environment, refunds or credits are not provided for wildfires, winter storms, air quality, or road closures. Trip insurance is highly recommended.
