We want to make sure you have a comfortable and pleasant stay with us, and to help us achieve this, we kindly ask you to read and follow the house rules below:
#1 - Number of guests: Please ensure the total number of guests matches your booking. If you have extra guests, they will not be covered by Airbnb insurance. We ask that you follow this rule as it is important for everyone's safety.
#2 - Check-Out: Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11:00 am to clean the property. Please make sure you have checked out before this time. We would also appreciate it if you could put all the garbage in the containers located in the underground parking lot.
#3 - Dishes: If you have used any dishes during your stay, please wash it and clean it. This would be of great help to us, and we appreciate your cooperation.
#4 - Lights & Air Conditioning: We care about our surroundings and the environment, and we kindly ask you to turn off all lights and air conditioners when leaving the apartment each day and at check-out.
#5 - Prohibited Activities: It is forbidden to use the condominium or any area of the building for any activity prohibited by law, including the consumption of illegal substances. Any suspicious activity will result in the authorities being called. Please do not bring pets or animals into the condominium, and do not do anything that causes damage or harms the property or other guests. Also, please do not take any items from the condominium property. Any missing items will be charged to the guest.
#6 - Bedding and towels: We kindly ask you to take care of the bed linens and towels provided during your stay. If you leave marks or stains on them, including makeup stains, a fee will be added to your account.
Finally, we want to emphasize the importance of safety in our neighborhood. We kindly ask that you always leave the doors and windows properly closed when you leave the condominium and turn off all lights and the air conditioner.
