The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed, with two bedrooms located upstairs and a sofa bed in the living area that converts into a full-size bed with a mattress. For families traveling with little ones, a travel cot can be set up upon request.

Recently renovated in January 2022, the interior blends modern updates with a homely character. You will find new floors, walls, and a completely new bathroom, complemented by natural wooden elements and exposed ceiling beams. The large living and dining area is centered around a cozy fireplace with included firewood, while large glass fronts on the terrace and lake side provide an optimal view of the Erzgruber landscape. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. Additionally, a separate laundry room in the basement provides a washing machine and dryer.
