Person reserving the cabin must be at least 25 years old. All guests will receive detailed check-in information within 24 hours within making their reservation. Please be sure to keep these instructions as we do not typically send them again. All check- in packets are provided at the Cedar Creek Office in Arnold, CA. Each guest will receive a confirmation message shortly after booking with instructions and a lock box code .In your check-in packet you will receive your key, wifi code, and map with turn by turn directions to the cabin, GPS is not reliable in this area. If you have questions about your reservation our office is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm. You will receive all contact information after confirming your reservation. Cell phone service is mainly limited to Verizon networks only in the Arnold area. At&t customers will not have service above Murphys. All our cabins are on septic systems so it is very important to only flush toilet paper. Most cabins have water heaters fo 50 to 75 gallon capacity so you may need to stagger your showers or run dishwasher during non- shower times to ensure hot water for all! Smoking is not permitted in any cabin.There may be a fine of up to $500 and or eviction for violations. Campfires are also prohibited. Outdoor fire pits are only to be utilized in winter months due to high fire risk. In the Winter Do not leave vehicles in the patch of snow removal equipment. Please be patient with the snowplow companies to plow the roads and driveway. Drive slow in snowy conditions. Don't forget to carry chains! Using the BBQ Always turn off the provenance when down using the bbq! Clean the grill after each use to discourage wild animals. If you run out of propane , contact Cedar Creek Realty for a refill. Wifi Due to the nature of our area, wifi- although advertised - is not guaranteed. There are no refunds for non-operable wifi. Please do not tamper with the wifi password or settings. If you are having issues we are always available to assist in anyway we can. Check Out Check out time is 11am - please bring your keys back to our office where you checked in. Pets Bringing pets to a non pet friendly home may result in a $350 fine per night and or eviction. Noise Ordinance The local noise curfew is 10 p.m. There may be a fine of up to $500 and or eviction for noise violations. If the posted hot tub rules are not followed and special maintenance is required because of it, guests will incur a fine of up to $500. Any damages to the hot tub due to guests’ misuse will be covered by the guest.
