About Property

Discover the ultimate beachfront retreat at Penthouse Dahktari, a luxurious 10th-floor high-rise sanctuary in South Padre Island, Texas. Perched high above the coast, this residence offers breathtaking views of the beach, jetties, bridge, bay, and the excitement of summer fireworks, all while being just 50 yards from the sand.

Designed for families and large groups, the spacious 1,800-square-foot layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The master suite is a true haven with a king bed and a private balcony, complemented by an en suite bathroom featuring a deep soaking tub and a two-person shower. Two additional guest bedrooms provide spectacular island views; one features a king bed and a balcony, while the other is a bright corner room with a queen bed and windows on two sides. For the younger guests, the dedicated children's sleeping loft creates a fun slumber-party atmosphere with two twin beds, two full beds, its own TV, and access to the third bathroom (please note the 5'9" ceiling height in the loft).

Inside, the penthouse is in a class by itself, blending unique architectural elements with modern luxury. Guests will find soaring 15-foot ceilings, elegant chandeliers, marble floors, and granite countertops. The inviting interior is further enhanced by antique doors, special lighting, and an open-concept living area featuring a new leather sectional sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Three separate balconies provide the perfect vantage point to enjoy both sunrise and sunset over the Gulf.

Located in the Aquarius Condominium on the southern end of the island, guests enjoy resort-style living with 24-hour security and access to one of the largest heated pools on the island. A large grassy area is available for games of soccer, volleyball, or croquet. The location is ideal for those who love to explore, with local shops, restaurants, and island attractions all within easy walking distance.
