Practical Information & Rules: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please be aware that there is no onsite manager or staff. To maintain a healthy, allergy-free environment, smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited; violations will result in a $500 fee. Noise restrictions are in effect, requiring music and noise to remain indoors at reasonable levels by 10:00 PM. City and neighborhood noise ordinances are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; disturbances involving law enforcement will lead to immediate eviction without refund and a $500 fee.

Additional policies include:

• No pets allowed
• No commercial filming without a signed agreement ($1,500 fine for unauthorized filming)
• No holes or tacks in walls and ceilings
• Furniture must not be moved
• Only confirmed guests are permitted overnight; unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fee or termination of stay
• A $50 errand fee applies for shipping forgotten personal items
• Mid-stay cleaning/refreshes are available for a $20 charge
• Start-pack supplies are provided, but not refilled for stays of 30 days or more
