🏠 House Rules – Thank you for understanding

In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and the good maintenance of the accommodation, please acknowledge the following:

🔑 Check-in and security:

Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible so that we can provide you with the practical information (exact address, key exchange, etc.).

As per local police requirements, a copy of your ID card as well as your mailing address will be requested prior to arrival.

Please always lock the door of the apartment, including when you are inside.

The main entrance door of the building must be locked between 10pm and 8am, on weekdays and continuously on weekends.

🔇 Respect for the neighborhood:

Respect for calm is essential, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., during which time any excessive noise is considered nighttime noise.

Please be careful not to organize parties, limit stairways at night, and avoid noise disturbance.

🚭 Non-Smoking:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within in the apartment.

In case of non-compliance with this rule (smell, cigarette butts, smoke...), a flat-rate fine of €200 will be automatically applied, in addition to any cleaning or restoration fees.

🧹 Maintenance and cleaning:

The accommodation is rented furnished and fully equipped (dishes, utensils, appliances, etc.).

You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents (furniture, equipment, decoration, etc.). In case of breakage, please replace the damaged or missing items, referring to the entry inventory if needed.

The property must be returned in a normal and reasonable state of cleanliness:

Objects and furniture put back in their original position, Cleaned surfaces (no excessive dust, cooking grease removed), Clean sanitary facilities (no hair, limestone marks), Discarded garbage (see sorting guidelines below).

In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee may be charged up to €36.30/hour.

Garbage cans not evacuated more than 6 days will be charged €15 per bag.

🗑️ Trash and sorting:

Please only use the official garbage bags of the City of Liège, available in the supermarket.

Garbage must be sorted and placed in the garbage room located on -1 (access with the building badge) The glass is to be placed in the public glass bubbles (not with other waste).

Please sort your waste properly (blue bags for plastic/PMD, gray bags for non-recyclable household waste, separate cardboard boxes).

💡 Energy consumption:

Even if the charges are included, we ask that you use ecological common sense:

Turn off the lights when leaving a room, Close the windows when the heater is on, Avoid leaving appliances plugged in unnecessarily. In case of abnormally high consumption, a surcharge may be charged.
