Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The upper level is the heart of the home, hosting the sun-filled living area with extensive windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and four of the bedrooms. The master suite boasts a queen bed, ensuite, walk-in-robe, and water views. The second bedroom is the largest upstairs, featuring a king bed, fitted wardrobe, and its own private balcony overlooking the water. The third bedroom offers two single beds with garden views, while the fourth provides a queen bed and hanging robe with garden views. Downstairs, the fifth bedroom is versatile, featuring two long single beds and one king bed (which can be split into two singles), served by an additional shower room and separate toilet.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Glass sliding doors open to a huge deck where you can chill out on a sun lounger and watch the activity on the river. This area also includes under-cover patio spaces and a BBQ for effortless entertaining.

Inside, the home is designed for year-round comfort. A large reverse cycle air conditioner keeps the space cool in summer and warm in winter, supported by panel heaters in every bedroom and heated floors in both bathrooms. Practical details include parking for up to three cars on-site, though the driveway is steep. Please be aware that the property is situated on a steep block with a full flight of steps to the front door.
